Romans 8:1 King James Version (KJV)
8 There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.
Our minds accept many thoughts and ideas. We need to be the gatekeeper of our minds. The scripture clearly says that there is no condemnation to them that are in Christ Jesus, who walk in the spirit and not in the flesh.
So many times the enemy throws his rubbish and lies at us and we just accept it without question.
We accept the condemnation, the guilt, the degrading thoughts about ourselves. We need to stand and take authority over these thoughts and put a “no go” zone for these thoughts and accusations around our mind. We have been given the power to put a guard around what we allow to stay in our minds.
With computers what we program into them decides what comes out of them. Our minds are the same. What we program into them, what we allow to dwell and set up residence in them will determine what comes out of us! We are the only ones who can take control of the thoughts we allow to stay in our minds. If we allow the condemnation and guilt to stay and grow in our thoughts this will lead to actions that come form a place of guilt and condemnation.
We have been set free from this! Jesus has given us freedom by His death and resurrection so therefore we can walk in freedom and victory.
2 Corinthians 10:5 King James Version (KJV)
5 Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ;
If we walk in the Spirit we align our thoughts with what the Word of God says instead of what our feelings, emotions, past and others say about us.
We have the power through the truth of the Word of God to reject and not accept the rubbish that the enemy and our flesh try and put on us. It is time to put the garbage out! To release ourselves from the bondage that these things enslave us in.
It is our choice and we need to stand up and say, “No more, no further with this rubbish, I am accepting and living in God’s Word and the truth it says about me!”
When we do we have the victory that Jesus has won for us and our lives are truly free.
The thief does not come except to steal, and to kill, and to destroy. I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly.
Let’s choose life and victory today!
